Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with ShapeMe. We aim to provide premium products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the guidelines below.


Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received.

  • Be unopened, unused, and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@shapemetoday.com with your order details.
If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label.

  • Instructions on how and where to send the item.

Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If we delivered a wrong or defective item: We will cover all return shipping costs, and you will receive a full refund.

  • If the return is requested for any other reason (e.g., change of mind):

    • We will refund your payment minus $4 for return shipping.

    • This applies to all returns within Lebanon.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong product

We will resolve the issue promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)


Exchanges

The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return your current item. Once the return is approved and processed, you can place a new order.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
